Wenceslao Torres-Ramirez passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2021. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Ralph Giordano Funeral Home on Sunday, October 3, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Final arrangements and services will be held in Puerto Rico. Interment will take place at San Miguel Arcangel Cemetery, Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico.
