Life was not easy for the family as her father died very young leaving her mother with 3 young children to raise. At a young age, she did everything she could to help the family get through the difficult times.
Being a wiz at Math, she took on a position as a bookkeeper with Asher Dan and Sons realty in NYC. Theresa became Asher Dan’s right hand woman. She worked with the firm until the firm closed. Before retiring she again worked as a bookkeeper for the theater union.
Theresa always kept up with the news and was quick to discuss the latest headlines. She cherished her Italian heritage. Theresa enjoyed traveling, reading, shopping and most importantly her family. Family was above and beyond her first priority. She had the biggest heart and was generous to everyone she knew.
