Luis Santiago, Jr., beloved son of the late Asuncion and Luis Santiago,  brother to Delilah and Debbie, brother-in-law to Alejandro and Carlos and friend to who ever needed one.  Louie was the sort of guy that was always ready with an engaging smile and a joke. He was beyond charismatic! There were two loves in his life, his devoted family and being a cop.  While we have lost a brother and a friend, the heavens have gained an angel with an amazing sense of humor and a smile that will forever light up the world.
