Elba Elizabeth Noch passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the Ralph Giordano Funeral Home on Monday, May 15, 2023 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Prayer Service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 8:00 p.m.
