Dina Malvisi

Secondina "Dina" Malvisi passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on May 11th, 2020.  Dina is survived by her two sons, John and Mauro, her daughter-in-law, Patrice, her three grandchildren, AJ, Olivia and Morgan and the Tiramani's - Louisa, Linda, Dominick and Camille, Christine, Steven and Matthew.  Dina immigrated from Italy when she was a young woman and created a home in the Bronx.  When she first moved to New York, she met Louisa Tiramani who quickly became her lifelong friend and a second family.  It was rare to find Dina and Louisa apart!  She dedicated her life to her family and one of her greatest joys was watching her grandchildren grow up.  Dina loved to have her family over and cook them extraordinary meals; she was happiest with everyone around the table.  When she wasn't cooking, Dina loved to talk to her sisters in Italy, spend time at the Italian club and sew.  Dina will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and loved ones.

Private services will be held for Mrs. Malvisi.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ralph Giordano Funeral Home.
