We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Czeslaw Matylewicz on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. Czeslaw is survived by his wife, Halina and his daughters Dorota (Robert) Moschetta and Ewa (Joseph) Pylilo. He also leaves behind five grandchildren, Victoria, Daniella and Jake Moschetta; Brooke and Lexi Pylilo. He was also a beloved brother to Krystyna Sienko and an uncle.
Czeslaw was born on March 19,1947 in Poland. Before leaving Poland he married his wife, Halina on July 3, 1969 Then the two of them moved to America where they began their life together He started his career as a welder at Farberware until his retirement.
Czeslaw will always be remembered as the life of the party. He loved to socialize with friends,family and even strangers. You could always find him walking through town, sitting in his front yard,poking around in the garage and holding a beer in his hand. He will be greatly missed and will always be remembered.
The family will receive friends and relatives at Ralph Giordano Funeral Home on Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of the Assumption Church on Friday, June 30, 2023 at 9:30 am. Mr. Matylewicz will be laid to rest immediately following the funeral mass at St. Raymond's Cemetery.
