Cesar Pena passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Ralph Giordano Funeral Home on Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Prayer Service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Following the funeral service will we honor Cesar with the funeral procession passing by Tinton Ave and then continue to Benedict Ave. as final tribute. Interment will be private.
