Ms. Blanca Velez passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023. The family will receive friends and family at Ralph Giordano Funeral home on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Theresa Church on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 9:45 am. Ms. Velez will be laid to rest immediately following the funeral mass at The Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, NY.

Her care and arrangements have been entrusted to Ralph Giordano Funeral Home.
